It has two version , one is call Navizon Lite which its Accuracy is about 1000m , and one is Navizon Premium which its Accuracy is about 10-30m

This is free software that have similar function like Navizon.

iPhone builtin Google Map
Finally, Since the latest version of the Google Map has also included the Cell tower based positioning function. User reviews shown that the result is quite close to where they actually located, and it is also free.
For other mobile phone user like symbian, they can also download Google map software that has cell tower positioning function.
